    Shipping and return

    The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the buyer in the information form he filled in during payment. In the event of a change of address, it is up to the Buyer to change the delivery address. Our company cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery and the consequences that may ensue. If the package is returned to our head office, a second delivery will be made at the Buyer’s expense. Worldwide delivery within 7-15 days (via delivery companies offered with your purchase).

    We deliver internationally. Delivery costs vary from country to country. You will be able to know the delivery costs of your package when you complete your purchase on our online store. We are not responsible for any additional customs clearance fees in your country. We are not responsible for your package being held up by customs in your country.     Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, after entering your country.

    All packages are delivered by Canada Post in Canada. Allow 7-15 business days to receive your order at the address you provided as the buyer.

    Shipping Returns

    Our company is not responsible for lost, damaged packages and/or delivery errors. Customers are required to verify their shipping address when completing their order. For any package that has been returned to us due to an error in the delivery originating from the customer (forgetting to enter the apartment number or address error, for example), delivery costs for the return will be required at customer.

    You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    If you received a damaged product or the items received do not correspond to the order you placed, please contact us at [email protected]. We cannot take back products that have already been used or have already been opened.
